DAMAGES & ISSUES: Please contact us regarding any product/order damages at (813)-526-5375 Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defected/damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve your issue accordingly. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Returns Policy

All sales are final, there are NO refunds/exchanges and /or returns.

Shipping

Processing times: Orders will be shipped out 1-3 days after received. Pickup orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.

US Shipping: Orders placed under Standard shipping will be recieved in 3-4 business days through USPS. Orders placed under Express shipping will be recieved in 1-2 business days through USPS.

International Shipping: Economy shipping will be recieved in 6-18 business days through USPS.

Lost Orders: Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is scheduled to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Usps will have the most current information regarding your package. Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Please contact USPS for any updates on your package and /or put a claim in. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date.

Return To Sender Deliveries: We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. This can happen if: (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery or not picked up by the customer from the postal office.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages must be claimed within 2 days in order to be resent back out. You must repay for shipping ($8) standard or ($17) express. If you do not want your order reshipped then it will result in store credit excluding the shipping cost.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipment. if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
